Easter!

Well here I am at week 26.  I never thought in a million years I would ever post a picture of myself pregnant AND in a swimsuit.  But hey, pregnancy is what it is and this is what I really look like now. Modesty went out the door a couple months ago.  I am feeling great.  I can finally say the kidney stone pain is all gone.  I am guessing around the 2 week mark it went away.  Whew...check that off.  I have also reached a point where I am hot all the time.  It has been getting up to about 85 degrees these past few weeks and I feel like I am sitting in an oven. I was the only one in the congregation this morning waving my program back and forth in front of my face.  Not even the menopausal women were hot. And 85 degrees is just the begining of the heat here in Atlanta. How will I make it to late July?  I'll be like Scarlet O'hara and "think about that tomorrow."  I have also experienced some Braxton Hicks contractions.  They come and go quickly but they always stop me in my tracks.  Sometimes it is my whole stomach and sometimes is just one little spot.  Doc says it is fine as long as I am not hurting. 

We had a great Easter weekend here at home.  We spent Saturday on the lake.  Sunday we went to church with Stephen's parents then had brunch over there.  By mid afternoon Sunday we were back on the lake enjoying yet another gorgeous spring day.  This week is full of all kinds of busy things to do.  I am nearing the end of my Micro class and finals are this week and next.  We also have the BaByQ coming up next Saturday.  We cannot wait to see all of our friends and family!!!!  WHOOOOHOOOO!!!!
