Well Hello Mid April!

My goodness...it is mid April!  Where the heck as time gone?  Life in the past week or two has been so busy over here at the Pond house.  I think I have either passed this kidney stone, it has broken apart, or it is hiding somewhere less painful.  Thankfully I am no longer in excruciating pain and feeling back to my old self.  Thank yal for the prayers...they helped! 

This past weekend was Super Bulldog Weekend in Starkville, my Dad's birthday, and our very first baby shower rolled all into one weekend.  WHEW!  It was busy. Also, Stephen was finally able to get his hands on the secret family recipe..."Swede Sauce".  Anyone in Columbus will tell you that it is the best BBQ sauce around.  Most of Friday consisted of deddy teaching Stephen how to make it and properly can it. On Saturday we headed on over to Starkville and enjoyed all the weekend festivities and saw some old college friends.  We spent some time in Left Field Lounge then headed on over to the football field to watch the football scrimmage.  My little brother Baker boomed a 64 yard punt and crowd went nuts.  What a feeling it must be to have thousands of people on their feet cheering for you when you do something fantastic! 

The baby shower went incredible and I thought we had a pretty great turnout.  The ladies that put it on did such an outstanding job on every detail.  I walked in and it took my breath away.  I was so overwhelmed by the love and support of those who came.  Shiloh now has more clothes and stuff than I do!  She will be dressed to impress mark my word!  Here are a few pics from the weekend:

AND I FORGOT TO MENTION THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TODAY...Stephen and I are celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary.  I picked a good one...that is all I can say!  Cheers to many many more!
