Shiloh Elizabeth Pond

We finally got to meet our bundle of joy on July 27th, 2011 at 4:24 am.  Shiloh weighed 8 pounds 6 ounces and was 20.5 inches long.  We had a tough labor that eventually lead into a c section but we got a perfect little lady out of it.  I am the happiest mommy in the world.  I may be partial but she might be one of the easiest and most consistent newborns I have ever been around (knock on wood).  This past week has been a breeze, thankfully.  I needed time to heal!  Right now she eats every 3 hrs and has 2 four hour sleep stretches at night.  She is a great sleeper and a great eater.  When she cries it is usually very simple to figure out.  She is tired, hungry or needs a diaper change. Please Lord let her stay this way!!!!!!  Stephen and I think she is perfect but of course all parents think that of their children. Everyone is saying she looks just like Stephen and I have to agree.  She has his long arms and legs that's for sure!
