Eyes Wide Open!

Here are a few pics of our baby girl with her eyes open.  She is keeping us pretty busy these days.  We've had a few mild bouts of gas these past few days that seems to worsen in the evening.  I never knew how tough gas can be on a baby (and also the mama!)  I think we are getting it worked out though.  We have also started what I call a new "rhythm".  I don't like the word schedule because a schedule sounds a little too strict.  Our "rhythm" has been wonderful on all 3 of us and Shiloh was very quick to catch on.  She eats and sleeps roughly at the same time each day allowing her to know what to expect each day making her an even better baby.  This also gives mommy a quiet hour here and there to recharge for the next feeding. 

Oh and I can't forget...she is starting to give me a little smile here and there.  I can't ever seem to catch it on camera though!
