Well, I have decided to bring our old blog back to life! As you already know our lives have changed dramatically in the past few months. We have gone from thinking about just ourselves to now thinking of a little one. It still doesn't even feel real. Crazy to think Stephen and I are responsible for another human being for the next 18+ years! God thinks we can do it so we are out to prove him right. As of now, I am around 16 1/2 weeks along and feeling great. The first 3 months on the other hand...a different story. What a relief finally not to gag at the sight or smell of well...pretty much anything. And to stay awake for longer than 3 hours at a time...I was begining to think I was a narcoleptic!
Up to this point we have had a few ultrasounds to confirm this little life is going strong. Our doctor (who we are absolutely crazy about) did a 12 week gender guess. He does this for all of his patients and claims he is 90% accurate. So, at 12 weeks he told us he was pretty sure it was a little girl! WE SHALL SEE! We actually went in for a quick check up today and got a great report. On Thursday, March 10th we get the gender confirmation. Mom will be in town to share the excitement with us! We are dying to know over here!!!
